OMG! Is this the Rebel who destroys "The Ultimate Weapon"?

The new rumor about "The Ultimate Weapon" being destroyed appears to be true! And what's more, a source just told me that this is the guy who will orchestrate that destruction:

He reminds me of some of the old Sith concept art from AOTC. It would be awesome if he faced off against Vader!

 

Wow, . I wonder, is there a link to Vader? That mask and all, the black clothing? Would it be perhaps a Jedi that Vader thought he killed? How about it bein Vos? Did we really see him die for sure?
