Most of those decipher models are awful. Guri's not horrible, but not so good either.

 

Mirax is pretty hot. And Zahn makes a great Karrde.

The Mirax card is awesome. I also liked the Pulsar Skate card a lot. Karrde is really cool, but I really didn't like Corran all that much (the concept of having Stackpole as Corran was neat, but the pic itself kinda... sucks).

 

Gaddamn, Guri looks really damn hot Hot HOT! in that pic. Even though it's just a drawing, I think.

 

Corran, Dash, Mirax and Karrde look absolutely nothing like they're described in the books, and Guri kinda does but not really....

 

Um.. Karrde looks just like he does in the comics and the character guide, and Mirax looks just like she does in the X-wing comics. The Pulsar Skate is also directly (and very accurately, I might add) based off of the X-wing comics, as well.

 

Mirax is a hot broad as well.

 

But doesn't the Pulsar Skate card the Skate is like 375 m long?

Is that true?

 

Um.. 37.5 meters. I'm reasonably sure that's what the card says. If it doesn't, it's just a typo regarding the decimal place.

Mandalore:
Look for the "X-wing: The Phantom Affair" comic book TPB -- it looks exactly like it does in the CCG card pic, and the back pages of the TPB even have sketches of the Skate, including partial deckplans and stuff.

 

I always imagined Mirax to be a little grease monkey sometimes.

I'd want to know who the Mirax model is (odds are she's done other work, in other stuff, just as Shannon Baksa had). I always was a sucker for a brunette.

 

The card shows the skate the same way it looks in the X-wing comics. And it does look like an aquatic craft in that pic.

 

Cool, I'll have to check it out. I haven't read any X-Wing comics. They are high on the list though.

 

Mirax looks like a homeless tramp that just dug a can of beans from a trash bin.
