    9 for the scene where Legolas attacks the Oliphaunt and kills it.

    In my mind, it was utterly ridiculous.

    Oh, and also taking out the Gandalf/Saruman scene.

    Which scene was that? :confused:


    I've seen the movie several times...and have never once seen a scene that was "copied" from Star Wars...


    EDIT: I gave the movie a 10. Absolutely brilliant.

    It will get an "11" once the EE comes-out. A movie that I'm sure will knock ESB out of the top spot as my favorite flick of all-time. ;)

    Very good movie, but can get very tedious at times and the ending is so horrible (editing-wise)it completely brings down having watched the movie for me.

    The Two Towers was my favorite book but after Seeing ROTK I read them again and now thats my Favorite, it gets a 10

    9 - but I think the SEE will be 10, no doubt: 4,5h of wonderful pictures, great action and not to forget, the massive beheading of ugly orcs (metaphorically).

    I'll give it a 9. But as I've seen the extended edition on dvd now, and they put Saruman back in, I'll give the extended version 9.5 :p
