As a writer, I know that a whole lot of effort is put into these "silly" shows to make them surprising, to draw stories together in ways that catch you off guard and are much more funny on a first viewing because of that. I don't understand what's so crazy about wanting to hear lines delivered instead of quoted on facebook. It's this thing some of us have ten, do try to keep up.
i just have a hard time suspending disbelief with regard to you having friends when apparently you think friends are people that call you up and blurt out arrested development plot details and/or jokes
There's this crazy concept sometimes called "hanging out" and "talking about things". Not to mention people occasionally talk about television shows when you work in freaking television.
yeah ive never had anyone blurt out crucial plot details of a television show at me without warning, sorry. i guess us normies just dont understand
Really, guys? You can't be spoiled by a comedy show? I mean, AD's presentation is such that things are funny even when I know which jokes are coming, but the sheer bananas incongruity of a lot of the humor is enhanced a great deal by how little you expect it.
sj, if your friends are as seriously into arrested as you are, they will obviously be watching each show once a week so it won't be a problem.
i didn't realise it was so difficult to avoid spoilers for a show. i mean, there must be about a 100 shows that i've never watched that... that i have no idea about.
80% of the people I know, interact with, or are fb friends with work in film or TV. That's just how it is. I know a lot about shows and films I've never seen.
yeah guys its us normies. we just cant understand what life is like for people like solojones. she's not being weird at all
no, i know what it's like. i was pretty good friends with jim caviezel until he totally ****ing spoiled an episode of scrubs i hadn't seen. i mean ugh.
Uhg, you easily duped rube. The fact that you love Bruce Willis is just further evidence of how awful he is. As a student of the cinematic arts and a filmmaker, I am personally offended by your horribly inferior taste. My professor knows Tom Cruise. sj loves kevin spacey
You would hate me, then, because I yell at people who spoil Game of Thrones episodes for me even though I've read the entire book series.
Yeah, but the 'sj mentioned the field she works in, I'll make a joke about a famous person!' is particularly lazy comedy. Don't go all Leno on me.
