    1982- In Chicago, IL, seven people died after taking capsules of Extra-Strength Tylenol that had been laced with cyanide. 264,000 bottles were recalled. They never caught this guy either

    I remember reading about that in various places over the years (first time was in Reader's Digest). It's scary that this person was never caught for this. What are the odds at this point that we only find out who this person is via Deathbed Confessional?
