One Big British Fanforce Meeting

in response to a discussion in the Grimsby i thread i decided to set this up to discuss the possiblity of having a big meeting for everyone in the summer

With my inability to organise a piss up in a brewery i'll leave the details open for discussion but it has to be at a time and place where a large amount of us can go

*expects to be ignored for crazy idea*

 

Well i was trying to arrange a Theme pub meet Stuey, but i guess this is basically the same thing.

So im up for it, thats for sure.

We got a bit crossed up Yosh but this is better than discussing it in the pub anyway cos this will be easier to find when others arrive.

Any ideas of where and when we might hold this most excellent event?

 

But the question is - where would this meet be held?

 

Well, i was going to suggest London Stoney. But wherever it's held it's going to invlove people finding a place to stay for the night most likely, which doesn't really worry me personaly.

Where would you suggest?

I like London, and I know a few cheap Youth Hostels where people can stay

Yes, because we still rely on horses and carts up here. But when we invent electricity, things should improve.

I know of an agency which offers B&B places for about £35 per night but I could probably find cheaper!

I thought it was going to be around summertime I suppose it will have to fit in with Holidays from Uni / College etc as well though

Will check on the net to see if there's anything exciting going on in London on some dates if that's OK with Yosh
