FF:SA One man Star Wars show hits Adelaide!

ONE MAN STAR WARS SHOW IN OZ

Yes, you read it right. Charles Ross and his "One Man Star Wars" Stage Show will be coming to Australia. A one-hour, high energy, nonstop blast through the first Classic Trilogy with only one cast member. Ross plays all the characters, recreates the effects, sings the music, flies the ships, and fights both sides of the battles. "This is a must see Comedy for Star Wars Fans Young & Old" -BBC (UK)

This great show will also land in Adelaide 27 - 31 March 2007.

Organise for SAFF to go on one of those nights then?

Might be good to see if we can organise something in an official SAFF capacity...

OK ... here's the plan.

I have emailed Charles Ross offering our services to mingle with the public in the foyer in costume before the show. It's a very good opportunity to promote SAFF (and put those SAFF business cards to work).

So until, I get more info ... let's start an 'expression of interest' list. If this goes ahead, it would be considered a PR event. More details as they come to hand.

You know i generally skim over your messages, sort out the Light side sudo religion stuff from the real message hehe

as for the 501st stuff, well it wasn't mentioned, and i think the SA 501st guys wanna do something (the states he is going to are) so it might be worth while doing a combined event.

 

A combined thing is great. Once we know the times and exact dates the show will be on, I'm sure things can be sorted out. Maybe they'll want help on all nights...eek!

Personally, I think doing something on opening night (or the final show too) would be awesome.
