So who else is picking up TDOS on Blu Ray on Tuesday?
Yeah, that's another problem with the HP films. The difference among the directors is jarring, and it's extremely difficult to string all the movies together to form anything resembling a coherent plot.
Waiting for the Extended Edition as always.
I hope so; I would love to be wrong about that. I wish I had that booklet at hand. I could swear I didn't hallucinate it.
I just borrowed a copy of the EE. I'll check out what they say there.
Me, too... And preferably in a tilogy boxed set.
I will be getting that Edition but will get the Theatrical as well.
Legolas Vader, I like to think you have this one giant dedicated room for all of your DVDs, BDs and even VHSs, with a giant display especially for LOTR/Hobbit media.
FYI, I don't own DVD's or VHS anymore
Only Blu Ray's my friend
I don't own the Theatrical versions of the LOTR and I only had the Theatrical version of the Hobbit on DVD before I got the EE on Blu Ray
Well I guess we have to agree to disagree. Or we could move this into, you know, the Harry Potter thread.
My fault for going off topic.
That's a great idea.
I'm going to get the DVD (or combo, but it must have the DVD). And when I can find it cheap, since I know I'll get the EE too.
Get Blu Ray
DVD is a thing of the past
Hey, we need a ghost smiley.
But what about my lovely VCR's?!
I thought I was getting a sneak preview of the third Hobbit movie the other day. Turns out it was actually the new Noah flick.
Betamax for all my friends!
I don't know, what do you want to do with you're VCR?
You mean Trilogy Box Set?
Of course... As is sometimes the case, the edit time had expired when I saw the typo.
I want that midi theme.
That was cool
Yep, Bombur is awesome. Whirling barrel of death!!!!!1!!1!
That scene was way too over the top but I don't care.
