Pretty interesting character becomes a Proto Stormtrooper then everything goes down the drain when he tries to be a Sith.
The novel that slaughtered all surviving major characters from Jedi vs Sith that Karpyshyn didn't kill off in the last novel
The story of an unlikable blonde woman who murders people from the time she was an adorable eight-year-old to when she's an personality-less adult in hopes of impressing an overly powerful man covered in bugs.
The Sequel to the one with the really long name, where blond person becomes eviler, a jedi fop dies and it's pretty forgettable.
Edited to apply to every single EU novel ever (barring one of the Bantam ones, since I seem to recall seeing a blurb on a cover once declaring it to be the author's debut novel).
Karpyshyn, to Bane: "We will destroy the most awesome EU comic ever and when it is done and your character has become completely lame . . . then you have my permission to die."
Documenting the deliberate corruption of a child, the search for lore and artifacts, the frustrations of building a Holocron and with a nice Lightsaber fight - shame all the Jedi got sliced up!
Chuck and Larry (don't make movie reference, don't make movie reference...) are tied at 7, so one more day for this one.
As Hav's already set the precedent of people reserving entries for future rounds, I'm entering my submission for Crucible: The end of time as we know it.
I'm with the "four letters" thing. Also, for any of the Bane books: Sith suck almost as much as Karpyshan's writing quality.
I'm sure someone likes Sith Someone likes his writing quality and style Maybe Possibly I suppose Yeah, no.
Oh, people like both of them. That's why he keeps getting contracts to write about them. However, I don't think their assessment of the actual coolness of Sith or his writing style and ability (other than the admittedly admirable ability to put words on a page and get money for them) are correct.
