The novel that proves why Denning would be a horrible choice to write the ROTS novelization, more endless bugs, Luke becoming the Ultimate Jedi Dictator, and several stuff that continues to butcher Traitor and continues Denning's assassination of every character that isn't named Saba Sebatyne

You know, one of those blase, mediocre books involving meaningless deaths that made me wonder why Lucasfilm let Troy Denning continue writing more books.

    .......Which is, an rhetorical question.

The beginning of the Skywalker Jedi dynasty led by King Luke Skywalker the First, Queen Mara Jade-Skywalker and Prince Ben with near universal approval from some sorry excuses for characters who should be experienced, capable Jedi in their own right who can save the galaxy without needing an absolute leader there to lead them (with the possible exception of Saba Sebatyne), with King Skywalker instantly establishing his presence on a galactic stage by defeating the bug formerly known as Lomi Plo, capturing the Thul formerly known as Raynar, probably making the Chiss really mad at him (which isn't really a problem for the new Jedi regime, which has also withdrawn from that useless High Council, since royal family members Han and Leia and Jaina and Jacen probably did even more damage to Chiss relations already and are continuing to make Chiss lives miserable, especially Jaggel Fel's) all while dealing with brand new father issues courtesy of his astromech droid, who wasn't designed by the Imperials, and somewhere Vergere is either spinning in her grave, laughing or applauding or all of the above.

Brevity is the soul of wit, and this book made us all wish that this trilogy was just a single book, if that.

Leia 'kills' Alema, a Jedi everyone knew was having problems yet did nothing but watch her slide, cementing a trend for the future; and shoots down Jag for reasons that still don't make any sense, a development that should have doomed whatever relationship he had with Jaina, but didn't.

While a 243-word sentence is contrary to the spirit of this thread and I'm not wild about it, a hat trick is a hat trick. As such, Havac gets his pick for the next round:

    Dark Empire.

    The whole thing.

Luke becomes the apprentice of a clone Palpatine (don't even get me started on how horrible an idea that was) in order to infiltrate the dark side to defeat the dark side, but doesn't because a robotic orb of a Jedi ends up saving the day and dying because the character was too lame to continue to exist.

With the introduction of the Galaxy Gun (and some interesting artwork), Tom Veitch and Cam Kennedy prove once and for all that Palpatine's compensating for something, which is why Palps tries to posses Han Solo Jr. Anakin Solo, since Solos are known for their amazing skills at the crotch thrust. ;)

I think Havac should get bonus points for one of the longest run-on sentences in the history of the world. Anyone care to diagram it?

Dark Empire: Luke joins the 'dark' side of the force, telling his sister that he is 'going to learn how to defeat it from the inside', has to be rescued by aforementioned sister before becoming totally lost, and yet we are still debating on whether 'Luke really turned dark' because he didn't perform any dark acts...if it is possible to join the dark side without being 'dark', is that not the same as saying there is NOT a dark side---perhaps Vergere was right after all.

Oh come on, there are titles longer than that.
Also, Jerzy Andrzejewki once wrote a whole 250-page book in one sentence (well, two; there's a shorter one at the end).
