Mission Impossible: Voxyn Edition
Anakin Solo is finaly brought to justice for leaving a certain wookie at the mercy of a rouge moon.
Not sure if intentional....
The world may never know.
Well, that cleared that up.
Jimmy skipped a few too many loyalty missions before going on the suicide mission.
The good, the bad and the ugly of the NJO - all in one book!
This is the one where Borsk Fey'lya dies right? It's a good one then.
That's how I feel too.
The novel that makes you question how much more heartache you can handle from Lucas Books.
Alas, poor Jimmy. I knew him well.
The New Republic sucks, Part IX.
Well, Nick, I still have issues with the quote thing, but who am I to stand in the way of destiny?
JediMara77 gets an honorable mention, on account of hers being the best one.
Honestly, I would give it to JediMara77 as well. As for my decision to quote Leia, it might not be original, but you can't deny that it is one of the most inspiring and moving quotes in the entire EU.
Well, not as moving as ACKBAR IS BACK, but a close second.
Honestly, I might have disqualified it, if it didn't kinda work as a summary of the book that's basically two giant interwoven battle sequences.
Jaina and Jag make out have UST and there's some political stuff too I guess.
Jacen's kinda-girlfriend's grandmom tries to hook Jaina up with Jacen's kinda-girlfriend's dad, because that's not creepy at all.
My name is Jaina Solo, you killed my brother, prepare to die.
Lord, is that what happened? I think I blacked this book out.
I actually enjoyed the book for the most part, but dear god Ta'a Chume's scheming was creepy as hell. "Hey, Tenel Ka's other best friend! Want to marry Tenel Ka's dad? I'll kill her mom to make room for you!"
I mostly just remember there was a lot of UST and political stuff? Now that I think about it I'm not totally sure they even made out
ETA: NOPE! Not in that one.
The NJO novels run together a lot.
Jaina gets romantic vibes from Kyp, a man 16 years older than her, while Tenel Ka's grandma tries to hook her up with Tenel Ka's dad, a man 26 years older than her, yet strangely enough she has feelings for Jag, a man only 2 years older than her.
The novel in which Tenel Ka tells Zekk that she'd do everything in her power to save Jacen, her semi-boyfriend, from the dark side while Zekk would rather leave Jaina to her fate because it involves Jag
I just realized how badly I want to read an alternate-universe novel where Jaina is her best friend's stepmom and her brother's mother-in-law, because Jacen's married to his own stepniece. Jacen would be his own daughter's great uncle, Tenel Ka would be her daughter's step-cousin, and Allana would be her own first cousin once removed. This is going down some whole insane recursive rabbit hole and I'd better stop now.
It sounds like a game of Crusader Kings II, yes.
Hapans be crazy, yo.
