There's the option to romance one of your companions, a Jedi, as a Sith Inquisitor in TOR too (and I assume there's similar things for the other class combinations).
Anakin is saying "join me or die." That's an absolute statement. There's no wiggle room. Obi Wan can't say, "Hey have fun with your new Empire. I don't agree with it but I don't want to get involved so i'm gonna take off. That cool?" Anakin says "Ok just as long as you don't interfere have a nice life." No, if Obi Wan doesn't join Anakin then Anakin will kill him (or at least try). The Jedi on the other hand don't classify people who don't agree with them as enemies and kill them with no wiggle room. I recognize that that tends to be what happens when Jedi deal with Sith but there are examples of Jedi turning Sith so I take that as less an absolute position of all Sith must die no matter what than a position of most Sith don't turn or surrender so the Jedi tend to have to kill them all. Just my interpretation of that line. Rereading my post I come across as angry. Not what was intended.
Really? Bastila Shan with Revan, Vestara Khai with Ben Skywalker? Nomi Sunrider loved Ulic Qel-Droma after he went Sith. And this is just people who "loved" each other.
