Ok, so, the baby girl is NOT Haley as she is too young. That's all I know. I have to look at this Girard vs Orrin thing closer, I am getting confused as to what is going on.

Well, it looks like Girard is Haley's dad. There is another relative out there named Orrin. Nale is...well, Elan's brother via Tarquin. So Orrin had an affair with a redhead and had a baby who is not Haley. So, what has Nale got to do with this comic numbered 816?

 

Wait Girard is Haley's dad? Based on what?

 

Both Haley and Girard talked it out and did not have a friendly reunion perhaps 10 issues back give or take.

 

Haley met her dad in the prison. Since when was that Girard the wizard?

 

Girard is her dad who just mouthed off to tarquin in 814(right?) So this wizard is Orrin(right?)

Right?

 

No. Her dad's name is Ian.

Girard is the wizard who was in the Order of the Scribble and owns the gate.

Anything else is a crackpot theory at this point.

It's a well known fact that a red coloring actually makes something three times faster.

I tend to think of Roy as having the physical appearence of Den as drawn by Richard Corben. I'm gonna post that on the OOTS facebook and see if I get a positive reaction.

Tarquin appears to play by the 100 things i'd do if I were an evil overlord list. Looks like Malack was of course playing along but is just as evil.

He's shaping up to be one of my favorite characters. I appreciate a good villain.

 

Agreed. Tarquin is turning into a major highlight for me.

I was under the impression that Tarquin himself is responsibl for the deaths of his wives. But now that you ask it that thought is not 110%.
