Orchard Park Star Wars Week - April 30 - May 7

Hello everyone!

We've been invited to participate in the Orchard Park Library's Star Wars Week Festivities. They have specifically asked us to appear on the opening day, Saturday April 30, and on Wed, May the Fourth!

Saturday's event will be from 1pm - 3pm, with arrival between 12 and 12:30. They have a separate room available for us to change in, get breaks, etc. And they will provide a table for us to set up our stuff and donations for Compass House, as well as our backdrops for photos.

Wednesday's event will be from 4pm - 6pm. I imagine this will be a little more difficult for some of our members, so if you can make it, you can make it. I will try to be there myself. I generally don't work on Wednesdays.


So the dates are as follows:

April 30, 1pm - 3pm

May 4, 4pm - 6pm

Location is Orchard Park Library, 4570 S Buffalo St, Orchard Park, NY 14127

I am still on the fence about my availability. That Saturday could possibly be a 15 hour day at work. If that happens, I will have to back out, and will need someone to take point at the event. Would someone be willing to do that?
