Gaaaah! Between school books (yes, I start school next month), hospital expenses and other stuff, I don't know when I can chip in my money.

Has anyone found a place that pays well for blood or plasma? ?

If nothing else, I should be able to chip in mid-November, after my November Drill. :/

Please note that these are unfinished and will need cutting, filling, and other work before they are ready to be used, but I think they look great!!!!!

You can stop by and pick them up from my place, or we can try and make arrangements. PM me and LMK what is best. I htink I'll be around a lot this weekend, so this shouldn't be too difficult to get them to the right people.

No, but call me afterwards and LMK where you'll all be, and I'll try to make it. I need to have a quiet/family weekend this weekend. I won't be going to HFH.

Has anyone had any luck with these? I know Ion Control and Proton Control had something at IMAX. What about the others?

After the holidays, will anyone want to go in on the next batch?

 

RMFF is awaiting completion of our order And we now have a resident armor expert, & we may have another source for these bedpans.

Did you have any luck with the soft helmets? If I remember right, you were looking into making them w/o getting the AN-H-15. Any luck?

I think our local resident sewing experts were looking at doing this, too, but we punted the idea around of getting one AN-H-15 from ebay to use as an accurate base. I think that punt was fumbled, and the other side has the ball on their 46 year line, but I'm not sure.

 

I'm still experimenting. Mom will have some time off because of the surgery, so she is planning on giving me a good boost on the pattern design. So, maybe after the 1st of the year, I might have a pattern for the cloth part of the helmet and SITHOVERLORD_DOC has given me some ideas on the ear pad stuff. So, keep your eyes peeled for old really big headphones

The Chin Strap and Edgings I have already figured out, but it will involve some leather work (hand stitching, since I doubt anyone has a leather machine).

How's that for progress? And who says insomnia is always a bad thing?
