Macon, GA Original trilogy in AKRON, OH!!!!!

I see where a "Fox-like" theater in Akron, OH is showing a Star Wars marathon on January 12th. I'm totally GREEN with jealousy. While it's too soon to suggest a road trip, I wonder if it would be possible to convince one of the theaters in Macon to host the trilogy for a weekend?

Opinions anyone?

 

I would imagine that the theater in question would have to get the films from The Ranch. Just a guess though. If neither Regal or Amstar would be willing, there's a small theater in downtown Macon that has done stuff like that. (I saw Raiders of the Lost Ark there, as well as Smoke Signals. If you haven't seen that one, I highly recommend it.)

 

I would suggest Milledgeville, but the manger here is a pain in the you know what.

I say try for Macon.
