    At this point, I would like to have either one. I have both sets on VHS, but I pretty much only watch the special edition set. I fear that my original set might be ruined. It is preciousss to me...

    That is funny. Rick McCallum said that when the dvd was released, it would have both versions of the original trilogy on it. He should not have said this if George was undecided about it.

    It's been my experience that Rick McCallum knows about as much about GL's actual intentions as Donald Rumsfeld knows about diplomacy.


    That being said... please let there be both versions on DVD...
