Hey all, I just saw this posted on theForce.net and I think it would be a cool event! Sounds like it'll be funny as heck too. :)OT musical

There's a ton of stuff at the Fringe Festival... skits, plays, cartoons, street performers, stand-up comedy, the last time I went was 2 years ago and I had a blast. We could probably wear costumes and not be seen as odd!

Looks like mid- to late May-ish. I am planning to go one of the days . . .

I can do a weekend. I should have my Jedi outfit wearable by then. How cool!

This sounds a lot like the Renaissance Festival I used to go to. It was a load of fun. My favorite part was the human chess match. That was so awesome. They wouldn't let anyone dress up, but I was able to with the Medieval group I was apart of. Hmmmm, I wonder what a Jedi carrying a longbow would look like [face_devil]

    Barrowed from the Melbourne boards:

I'm still looking for details like location, but if you follow this Orlando Sentinel link you'll see that there's a one-man performance of the Trilogy at the Fringe Festival.

The details the story does provide easily are the following:
    Remaining performances: Wed., 7:25 p.m.; Thurs., 6 p.m.; Fri., 7:25 p.m.; Sat., noon; Sun., 7:35 p.m. Red venue.

I'll post more when I find it.
