Oregon OryCon 2004

Some of us Star Wars Costumers from Seattle will be down for OryCon
held Nov 5-7 at Doubletree Columbia River in Portland (Jantzen Beach). It's a smallish, general Sci Fi con at which I usually have fun.

So maybe we can meet up with some of those in Oregaon interested in costuming and all things Star Wars. We (Alpha Base) may have a fan table there.

 

That would be fun. I'm making plans to go to that with my friend, hopefully I'll be able to go when it is here. You never know what will happen in 2 months.

 

That sound fun! I would like to go if there some people from eugene will go up and have a costume.

If the programming staff accept it, I'll be doing a panel on Jedi Costuming.

 

Great, I am planning on attending. I will be wearing my Solo outfit and look forward to meeting OFF members.

 

If I show it'll be the 6th.

Not sure what I will wear yet (I have three costumes to choose from).

 

My "Jedi costuming" panel has, courtesy of the programming staff, turned into "Researching your costume" and will be at 4pm on Friday.

 

I won't show up until Saturday, so I'll miss your panel JediKai.

I be in my Rebel pilot outfit Saturday, not sure what I'll wear Sunday (Jedi or Rebel Trooper).

Who else is going for sure?

 

Rebel Pilot is GREAT! Haven't had one of those at Orycon yet.

I've got a spot for a fan table reserved. Since it looks like I may be the only one from Seattle, not sure how much of each day I'll have it set up.

Look for a PM with my cell phone number, etc.

 

It starts tomorrow if anyone else is interested!

 

I may show up for one of the days, most likely Saturday. Not too sure what I'll be wearing, but I'll probably have a blank shirt with my JC username written on it, just incase
