    Actually you do use brackets at both ends. I just had to change it or it would have shown up as a broken link like this:

    [image=http://www.mywebsite.com/images/whatever.jpg]

    but yeah, brackets at both ends

    You & me both SG, at least as far as posting images are concerned. Where is Handyman when you need him?

    Anyway, Happy Birthday SG! Make today a great one. :D

    [link=http://www.pierfamily.com/swgallery/displayimage.php?album=4&pos=55.jpg]The Pic[/link]

    The reason the picture isn't attaching how you would like it to is because the file name (that loooong string of linge) is actually a website address. In order to post a pic, the picture itself as to be hosted on the website. As far as I can tell all the pictures from the event are just loaded onto the server, and not hosted. So, what we can do is post a link to the page that the picture is on...which I have done.

    And that costume so totally rocks. I showed the picture of that trooper at work so please tell him he has a fan club at the 1-800-Contacts workforce department, in Utah.

    The link you provided is to a PHP script that generates the Gallery code. You can do a right-mouse click on the image itself to get the URL and then post that in the [image= markup code. That URL is...

    http://www.pierfamily.com/swgallery/albums/dvd_release_0904/normal_PICT1908.jpg

    The Snowboards system automatically placed a hyperlink to the image above because the URL begins with http://

    Here's the image with the markup tag...

    [image=http://www.pierfamily.com/swgallery/albums/dvd_release_0904/normal_PICT1908.jpg]

    Note: The image looks stretched because the Snowboards force a 4x3 aspect ratio on all image markups. Since the original image is actually 3x4 in a portrait orientation, the embedded image in this post looks stretched. Clik on the image itself to see the full picture.

    You could also just click on ondiv's link the the album page. :p

    Will do....I will be seeing Toby at Boo-Fest at Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry on Oct. 30...

    ....well...that is if I am NOT in therapy....lol..
    was at an outing downtown this past weekend in Jedi Garb...and we went to Marshall Fields for lunch (Stormtroopers, Biker Scouts, Darth Vader, Boba Fett etc....).....anyway...someone there at Fields (huge downtown Department Store) asked if me if I was dressed as "Robin Hood".......
    sigh....if I didn't have an identity crisis before...I have one now!
