Ok, we have fannied about with this for long enough. Now is the chance for us to vote on the name/tagline of our chapter. The poll is open for two weeks, and at the end, the winner of the vote will be the final, so VOTE CAREFULLY !!

POLL OPEN TO EVERYONE, IN THE EVENT OF A TIE, NON-MIDLAND CHAPTER MEMBER`S VOTES WILL BE REMOVED AND NOT COUNTED (ALTHOUGH THE LIKELIHOOD OF A TIE IS PRETTY REMOTE)

However, since no one is confirming what they voted for, most of them are invalid at the moment as far as this RSA is concerned.

Also, are we letting everyone vote on this, even non-Midlanders? We could end up with a name that none of us voted for.

the whole thing has turned into a farce if you ask me.

even if only midlanders could vote, what is there to stop anybody voting? we would still be in the same boat.

i`m beginning to wonder what the point is.

    lol

My title is winning, and it was a piss-take title! :p

However, I've got a good banner idea for it if it does win! :D

I voted for Buy the Ticket - Take The Ride...It's a cool slogan! [face_whistling]

    Calm down Dave.

Oh and just to clear things up, I voted for 'The Bright Centre of the UK-verse' but due to some technical gremlin I was unable to post to that effect.

/me beats his computer only to realise that it's a TFn forum problem and his machine.

    A word of advice:

If you want a truely private vote, you should maybe do it via pm's to Phil or have the vote at the next meet. When I used to run the old King of Prussia FF we learned quickly that using polls on TFN would do us no good when it came to club issues. We instead started a yahoo group for voting.

King of Prussia, you say, Wendy? I've been there. I saw AOTC there with a friend of mine who used to live in West Chester.

Anyway, it's a good idea. I think we should do a vote on the 22nd, and for the members who can't make it can PM myself, or Phill.
