Your Kids/spouse/parents should always be your #1 priority. If your Mom needs you, your there. Anyone who will not accept that is perhaps someone you don't want to be around.

I don't have much of an EVIL RANT to bring to the topic tonight, but since it is officially HALLOWEEN, I thought I would bring this topic up to the top.

Actually my only evil rant that I can think of is that I can't be at the midnight showing of AOTC on IMAX at the Zoo. What a bumber!

too bad, there is nothing like seeing a Muppet open up a can of whoop ass 6 stories tall.


The Zoo says they plan on running it through December 24th but of course that could change if no one is coming to it in a few weeks.

You have time to see it.

 

You know, when they were cutting scenes for
the IMAX version they could have/should have cut out every close up of JarJar Binks.

A six story big close up of him is cruel and inhuman punishment.

it was good. Some cuts you do notice. Some just pass you buy

Some cuts I didn't even notice until after the film (particularly the scene where Padmé is in Palpatine's office after surviving the assassination attempt.) But others were glaring (particularly Dormé's disappearance, and the picnic scene ? I missed Anakin's "political speech", it is central to his character development.)

But, it was worth it to see a six-foot Yoda lay some smack on Dooku.

I went to the JCC intent on causing Bria some trouble... After going through page after page of compleat bleep I had to give up and return here with my tail between my legs.

Wait am I really sorry??..probably not.

It just really bugs me when you work a butt load of overtime and they REAM you in taxes. Sure you get time and half or doubletime and even tripletime if you wanna work a holiday on a Sunday when the moon is full. Its almost like all of the whole amount goes to taxes. They just EXPLODE. Makes me not want to work the overtime at all because its just not WORTH it.

I wont even get started about how I feel about money.

I got my taxes done in February.

But I have to agree that money sucks. And cars suck, too. Especially people who run red lights and total innocent little cars owned by people who don't have the money to go out and buy a new car.

 

You want to know something bad.

I got my taxes done a month ago and I just mailed them off on Friday. and I am getting money back.

Cars do suck but you have to have one. At this point in my life I am gonna drive the best I can afford. Whooo Hooo...V6!!.. had not had a V6b since the '74 firebird. Without one its hard to be mobile. I have been driving on expired tabs that were due in march. I finally called the dealership and they have them ready for me. I just totally forgot about them.

The 2004 licence plate tabs are PINK..not just pink but HOT PINK. I feel so sexy when I drive with my pink tabs!!!

Sadly the chief financial officer of the Trumble Kingdome has already earmarked the money for some projects around the house. Heck if I was able to spend it I would have sent it off ASAP.

You are a just and kind Jedi Knight! I totally understand that the house and family must come first. I have picked up a part time job anyway to help with my expensive habits and ton o debt.

With all this talk of the new figures and new 12 inchers I am dying to go get them but cannot. Bills gotta get paid. Yuck
