Interesting. Anyone else?
I didn't get an alert either.
OK, looks like I'll have to start using the @ method instead. Which sucks, because that method can be a bit fickle as to what it will accept and what it won't, and will likely require hand-creating the list anew for every post.
Re: HoF, Roslyn and Grames were inducted and continued coaching. Players are always inducted after retirement, but coaches can be recognized in the middle of their careers (especially if they had good player careers).
So Micjaa is okay.
So the Force scored a total of 3 points in 2 weeks? Ouch.
There's your final LFL scores of the season. Next up: Galactic Cup Final!
By the way--anyone want to host the 274 Draft?
I won't be putting my name in the hat for that. For obvious reasons.
@Jedi Gunny, obviously you've made friends with the dice roller
@Trieste uses. Now you need to figure out how to make friends with the Lua random number generator.
Yours either gives me 32 or 0 every week.
Anyways, Jed won't be happy about this week's loss.
I would, but the Mercs have done it already and it is good to give others a chance to. Besides MandalMotors Hall is still undergoing...renovations.
Rydonni Prime would be honored to host the draft
Nar Shaddaa could use a little draft love. Just bring lots of security.
The Premiership Finals are complete and the 273 PLL season is in the books.
Sent from a Galaxy far away via R2-N6
And Ylesia walks away with the win. Seems the Skywalker Conference has held its own these past two years.
Wow, first year in the league and already a Galactic Cup. Some people have all the luck.
And I seem to be the one-year-and-win-a-championship-punching-bag.
Kind of a crappy way to end my players' careers. By scoring three points.
@jcgoble3 's die roller do the results or something?
But congrats, Becca. Now it's your turn to be destroyed next season.
EDIT: What a way to turn the page in my franchise, I would say.
That loss has got to be pretty hard to swallow. I'm sorry to see that the Senators couldn't walk off into the sunset and nab that elusive third ring for a lot of those guys. Anyways, one heck of a push by the Senators and again, Ylesia, great victory, savor every moment because you never know when you'll be back, if ever.
WHAT THE ****
I don't know whether to laugh or cry seriously guys. The RP thread stopped giving me notifs (along witt this thread) and tags aren't tagging me so I read up over breakfast in Geneva and WHAT. THE. ****. Rookie year, galactic cup champs, oi what a year. Maybe it is for the best I postponed my plot to next season.
Thanks for the awards too, I forgot to vote before I left (sorry).
I'm going to have to write a freaking novel when I get back ugh, time to start plotting. This sure does prove alien superiority though, I think
EDIT: and so much for bonus rolls, eh? I expected that to be Ylesia's downfall, really.
The first thing you learn in this game is that sometimes bonus rolls are not all they're cracked up to be.
And alien superiority? I can't wait for next season's Ylesia/Bakura game given Bakura's historic reputation (only recently getting turned around) for not playing non-humans. This is going to be fun.
Way to rub it in, Becca.
And yes, Liam, it is. I've lost four Finals games. Count them, four. And this is the second one by 4 or less.
Oh now that's just too good with ELL '73. And you just *had* to say you'd maxed out the difficulty and Jorpik still sucked, didn't you?
Is this going to set off another round of ELL "achievements"?
I hope it won't start another round. That's the last thing we need.
50 G- Shut out the opposing team while only using Meredith Chambers.
Okay, enough of that. Anyways, great post
@Jedi Gunny! But, you already knew that. Keep your eyes peeled Limmie fans, more fireworks coming!
Tomorrow's BoG results will kick things off nicely. I intend to release the 274 schedule tomorrow too.
