Besides Meshla Vhetin, while an outstanding and intimidating venue, doesn't have the history, the character, that Six Boroughs does.

By the way CPL_Macja, was it not fantastic to be able to pick a University of Myrkyr player not only first overall, but have said player be the top offensive prospect? And am I right or did Rady Oke used to coach at Salis D'aar State University before Myrkyr? It's not a Bak10 school, I think it's something like the Mostly Way-far-away Conference, right? Didn't the University of Naavadaa, recently referenced by Jedi Gunny, join that conference recently?

And is that Laura Cynd popping up again in your wrap up post? So she's related to that reporter from the BBC?! And is Setarcos going to become King Setarcos now? Does everybody have to bow to him when they visit the Grande Villa? So many questions!

One thing is for certain: this game is all about one-upmanship. And then parodies of those. Followed by pushing the bar a little higher. Followed by me breaking the game again. And then parody of that for the next two seasons. And then the bar moves a bit upwards one more time.

And then we all lose in the Finals to an NPC team.

Oh, and for the record: the division of coaching labor between coordinators and positional coaches is definitely a proven one, CPL_Macja. I had the same system in place last season.

 

And you lost to Rebecca_Daniels who has no such division.

Similarly, Bakura won its most recent Cup with one Head Coach, one GM, and an Assistant GM.

 

No, I lost to Chandrila. A.K.A. an NPC team.

So my point is therefore proven. Kinda.

 

I made it to the Final with nothing but one head coach and one GM.

(Did somebody mention one-upmanship? )

 

I made it to the Toilet Bowl game with several coaches, a GM, and a guy with a drinking problem. Somehow this is reversed one-upmanship.

 

I think you're due for some better luck next year. At least I hope so.
