I was just sitting here wondering what's taking Trieste so long to post the Final score, then it dawned on me.

He's probably busy crying over the Miners' 35–0 loss to the NPC Rebels.

 

Nah, he is writing up his victory celebration post.

 

Or he was in a communications blackout until he caught up to the live state of NFL playoff games today because he had a late hockey game last night (in which he scored, so clearly the Miners are destined to lose today).

 

The die roller wouldn't be so cruel to him.

It'll be 35-1 because he rolled a two on the shutout roll.

But the score will probably be in his favor.

 

Congratulations, Trieste!!! Once more the galaxy can experience the Galactic Cup trophy coming back to Bakura. And I will have to experience never hearing the end of it on Nar Shaddaa.

 

Geez, both GMs win their respective league championships.

*Wonders why CorTech didn't win the S16 title if that's the case*

And now the Commissioner's Trophy curse has been lifted. Only took five years.

And it's official now. Bakura = Evil Empire

 

This game is totally not rigged.

I guess the only good thing I can get out of this is that the Solo has won the last two titles.

Of course, with both of them being hated rivals . . . then it's not so peachy.

 

I've posted it once before at the end of another season...but I feel like I need to cheer everybody up today.

 

I think jcgoble3, CPL_Macja, and Bardan_Jusik are kinda sick of "Tomorrows" at this point.

 

Phew.

Only took me four hours, but got the championship post up.

I think I'll give myself the day before I start working on the offseason posts.
