Speaking of which, I ought to come up with a new headline or two to update y'all on the court proceedings. Plus I still need to get my storyline for 278 approved. Headlines I can do today, storyline will have to wait until at least the weekend.

 

OK, new PC is in place and that post nearly wrote itself . Now I have to work on my draft (well trade away my draft) post which should be done in the next day or two.

 

Hm, I'm on the clock.

Now I need to figure out who to take. So many choices.

I think it's safe to say that it's gonna be a good one. Should be entertaining.

Also, I am going to be out of town starting tomorrow until Sunday. I will be relying on WiFi, which is typically unreliable at best, so if you need me for whatever reason, please PM me. However, if I don't get back to you, don't worry; it's probably just unreliable Internet on my end.

 

As the very end of my most recent IC post indicates, my 277 season posts have now been completed--and with them my attempt at making ELL into a Mamma Mia! musical. Except a much better one as it didn’t include Pierce Brosnan.

Believe it or not, no one dared me to do an entire season with ABBA music. On a whim, I listened to their collected discography before this season started and was taken by how much of their music they did. For every hit I already knew about (Dancing Queen; Mamma Mia), there was one song I’d never heard before that captivated me (One Man, One Woman; So Long).

I would say that you’ve all been troopers for sticking with me through so much ABBA music, but that wouldn’t be fair. You’ve all been Super Troupers.

Believe it or not, there were a lot of songs that I didn’t get to use this season. Some of them were for events that just didn’t occur or I couldn’t get to, others I didn’t know how I’d use but they were just good ABBA songs. Obviously I don’t want to deprive you of any of them.

I had pre-written the first big chunk of my post and the run on forwards made my choice very interesting and difficult!

 

I guess this is what happens when someone scores their way to a championship. Twice. In three years.

 

Now that I've finally ended 277 I'll be working on my draft post!
