OOC Out of Bounds (The ELL OOC Thread)

Just another chip on the shoulder for us this season.

Although I want to point out to everyone that Anya Amasova on the Half Forwards list plays for the Senators, not the C-Bucs.

Unfortunately the edit window has now closed, but it should read that Amasova is a Senator now. Blame it on my move-addled brain that is now trying to understand the directions for the in-unit washer/dryer combo.

 

I am reading it that she is a Senator, must be something wrong on y'all's end of things.

 

Sometimes I love having a mod playing in the game.

In accordance, I have a feeling that the Miners may have an issue with the laundry this coming week.

 

If I was ever tempted to it was the Galactic Cup finals last season. Luckily I wasn't that tempted.

I haven't even gotten that far in determining what exactly it is. I just liked the sound of it.

 

It most certainly is on after "Two and a Half Bucketheads".

 

I actually envisioned it as an essay contest, in which entrants had to explain the ways in which they express their hate for the Smugglers. Or maybe entrants had to submit a video demonstrating their Smugglers hate.

 

I think it has something to do with the "Why I Love Football" campaign the NFL is doing again this year.

 

Something along these lines but a bit more free flowing. So not necessarily an essay but entrants could use whatever medium they desired to express their hatred.

 

I briefly thought of having Starkiller fans submit holos/videos stating why they were the biggest Starkiller fan and why they deserved the position on the challenger team. And having poor Lucie have to watch them all and most of them be really bad. But that would have taken too much time

 

Senator fans didn't even get a chance. I chose my two participants with an iron fist, no fan input given.

Although I think the fans will like the selections.

 

Once the new ASG format was announced I knew I would bring Ryi back for it, but I had no idea who else to have play. The "contest winner" idea came to me last minute and now I am rather enjoying fleshing it out a bit.

To the contrary! If I was to be evil, I would now be thinking of ways that I could put Geoff alone in a room with one of my female characters. Maybe Niskat should draft him for flirting practice.

 

That would be extremely awkward for both of them and I'm not entirely against it especially since the ASG is on Carratos.

 

Given that Korlo isn't a nominee for the game, Niskat isn't going to have anyone to distract her. Accordingly, I blame Rebecca_Daniels for whatever happens next.
