It is possible that decisiveness could be divisive under the right circumstances in the story.

Because it may have a large impact in that story overall. Because a dazed Allin isn't a good thing for Ralltiir.

Or just fire the trainer. That usually works.

And Vehn should be happy that I just stirred the drama pot.

 

I'm going to have to do some retroactive lineup changes for last game, Sunday caught me by surprise. And I haven't finished my ASG recap. It's been a long week. But I'll make sure to have my changes up at least before next game.

Sadly this reminds me of many, many, many conversations in the Jusik household.

 

You're too kind--especially because I was reading Runjedirun 's latest post this morning and thinking, "Man, Trey Till is a great coach, this is a great post." Then I got to Madelyn's section. Holy...! Did not see that coming. That's powerful stuff right there.

 

Not to get too far off-topic, but I do want to give a quick update on this:

This morning, the grand jury declined to indict the officers in the shooting. I'm now waiting to see if anyone starts a riot. If the situation stays calm for a few days, then I may be able to get back into a writing mood as early as this weekend. However, that depends on what the protestors do.

I got the Power Rankings up, but I'm wondering if I need to do a Big Board this week. Do people still want one of those every week, or should I keep it to once every other week?

 

I would say do it when you want to.

 

I agree. I watch them for the Draft for sure, but I certainly wouldn't want you to churn it out and have it become a burden.

 

It's gotten to the point where I find it kinda pointless to do it every week. I might just scale back to the last two or three weeks of the season plus playoffs.

 

Yeah, I don't really see the need for it until late in the season.

Interesting, yes. Useful depends on how much the HSN rankings agree with the big board. But I do take note of the big board comments when making draft picks, even if I don't mention them.

 

It's an inexact science, yes.

 

I usually consider the big board unless some potential draftee catches my attention for some reason.

Good thing Christine didn't speak that out loud. If real life is any indication, that kind of thing really gets people upset.

 

I enjoy it.

 

At this point, I don't think she would really care. Being flattened year in and year out doesn't sit well with athletes.

 

But she has her 5-1 start. Wouldn't it be cruel to cut the resurgence out from under her?

 

I consider it more trying to excise her personal demons when she has the opportunity to do so.
