Eddy forgot to ask the all important question:

 

It's pure agony for Jedi Gunny writing those stat lines for Arcus Ariota. I can't imagine how terrible he feels.

 

Clearly he is trying to downgrade Ariota's draft stock so either you or he can steal Ariota late in the draft.

 

I think that the Rancor Pit is giving the Bucs too much credit. I guarantee you they're not going to score 35 points this week.

 

Well, considering that this is the same guy that isn't aware that these actually are "random scores derived through some random number generator that some guy found on the HoloNet", I think we can give him a pass.

 

Oh, and by the way, Tendra got an ejection? Apparently she's not going to be winning the sportsmanship award in the Hapes Juniors this year.

 

I almost said 40 but thought that might be a bit much.

I can't break the game with as much panache as you did, so I settle for not so subtle 4th wall breakages.

Any interest in me resuming the periodic college headlines? The season's almost over, and I admit that I forgot to ask earlier. Something about having an intern trying to screw up the works in my organization got in the way.

And yes, that Bak10 champion was decided completely randomly. The fact that it incidentally plays into my storyline (and one of my draftees) is an unexpected side benefit.

 

You mean the changes mentioned in the headlines, Trieste ? That's for the preseason changes to the playoff format I had where two conference champion bowl games being quarterfinals matchups. I'm a hell of a lot faster than the NCAA in making any changes.

 

Ah, I didn't realize that those were retroactive changes he was talking about, not prospective ones.

Well, we've certainly got an interesting week ahead of us! Carratos and Ralltiir are neck-a-neck for the Commissioner's Trophy with both teams going into rivalry games. It's a three way tie for the last two Solo Conference slots. Agamar and Hapes are in a deadlock for their last slot (by the way, go Agamar--and not just because it benefits me ). I can't wait to see how it all plays out!

Incidentally, I've been slightly error-prone this week and the ASG ballot may be no exception. Therefore, if you see any omissions, please let me know. CPL_Macja has already kindly corrected me that the ballot should include Oss’irh’cgood and now it does. I appreciate your understanding and forbearance.

 

Meanwhile, the Rim War becomes the Refresher Bowl 2.0 for the first overall pick.

This new ASG player draft is going to be interesting.

I just hope that the rumors won't start flying that an LFL team could beat a ELL team, because those speculation things are crap.

 

That's if we don't have an expansion team that enters the draft...

It's almost like Carelle...oh, I don't know, had a UBSD Golden Bear who was great and the entire galaxy knew was great, but decided, "Nah, I won't use that player in a critical situation," and that totally blew up in his face. But this is Peet we're talking about. He'd never do that.
