OOC Out of Bounds (The ELL OOC Thread)

Be careful. I had my coach play a game last season. It was never meant to go beyond one game. Fool still hasn't taken his cleats off.

Well, at least they do unless you're playing ELL 80 on rookie difficulty.

Or, since this is Kashyyyk we're talking about, how about Wookiee difficulty?

 

Alana on the Mandolorian show is freaking awesome. Especially the part about fantasy limmie. I love the deflated ball as the trophy.

Lots of credit to Bardan_Jusik for allowing me to collaborate with him. Honestly, the opportunity to have Alana on the Rancor Pitt was too good to pass up. It's just such a wonderful canvas to paint in and he was willing to share.

The Rangers strike again....

 

"We want a team with history," they said. And so I let you all talk me into bringing in the Rangers instead of the Stewjon Mets, a team that is first in points scored, first in points allowed, and (by the virtue of logic) first in point differential.

Last time I let you lot talk me into anything.

 

They have always been built to kick the living snot out of the Smugglers. There's no other way to put that. They are my team's kryptonite...

 

Glad to have them back in the league then.

Of course they seem to cream the Mercs too....

 

Take a look at the standings, everyone, and for maybe the only time in the past ten years, and perhaps the only time this decade, you will see the Miners in last place.

Cherish it, because it probably won't happen again.

 

Sub-GM Update:

The time period for sending in Big Board submissions is here. I will be taking them from now until Week 8, when the first Big Board edition will be posted. So send me in those prospects anytime between now and then.

 

Heads-up to those of you with LFL teams (i.e. CPL_Macja Bardan_Jusik Rebecca_Daniels Runjedirun Jedi Gunny ) that I may be out and about most of tomorrow afternoon, and LFL scores likely won't come in until the Eastern Time evening (roughly 6 to 10 PM).

 

I'm not superstitious...but maybe that'll teach me not to party like I did yesterday evening. I think I set the example for the team and they woke up feeling like me.

 

Have I mentioned that I hate NPC teams?

 

We could always go back down to a 10 team league and get rid of two of them.

I hate NPC teams but love having them in the game. Of course I may change my mind as my next two games are against NPC teams.

 

This. Having them in the game is great; losing to them is horrible. I await the day when an NPC team learns what a winless season feels like.
