I guess I forgot to address this in my post, but should I just roll one score for the entire game, or since it's the Sevens format, do a roll for each half? 0-20 per half? 40 points the top possible for all player teams? More? Less?

 

Yes, those looking at the College Limmie Rankings may note that not all the teams ranked in the top eight made the playoffs. In game, that's because the Selection Committee isn't beholden to the rankings when picking teams for the playoff. OOG it's because I used Bowl Games as play in games for the playoffs (essentially they are a part of the playoffs in all but name). The Final rankings are more reflective of the die roll I give for each team at the beginning of the season to reflect how their season will go, once I get to the Bowl games (well conference championship games really) I roll each game individually to determine a winner.

In future college limmie seasons I may move away from using the Bowl games as play in games and go strictly by the rankings/die roll, but I figured I would do it this way for a bit to see how you all like it and then can change it if y'all think it would be better to ignore the Bowl games or incorporate them more formally into the playoff process. For now though the disparity between the final post bowl rankings and the teams selected for the playoffs is fun fodder for stirring up some controversy in the world of college limmie, which of course will be commented on by a certain sports wave show in the Mandalorian sector...

I'd find the Solo Conference playoff seeding race way more exciting if it wasn't Jakku and Denon in there. Worst Solo Conference playoff slate ever.

I guess this means the Miners need to make it back to the Final so they can get a rematch against Mando'ade or a jcgoble3 showdown that has been over 10 seasons in the making.

 

So long as Dac goes down but the Skywalker wins the crown I'm happy.

I hope. After 19 seasons of failure, I've learned not to count my chickens assume my eggs contain chickens until they hatch.

 

I have a slight problem for the LFL playoffs. I will be on vacation with my family from Friday Aug 26th until Sunday the 4th of Sept. Would anyone have a problem if I started the LFL play-offs on Friday the 24th and posted scores before noon that day? The following Sunday if I don't get around to it the 4th I'll make time Monday the 5th.

Please let me know if this is a horrible idea now, thank you

So if Dac hosts the Galactic Cup finals, will they have issues with the Zeka Virus (see what I did there? ), green oceans and water pools, rampant corruption and violence as well as raw sewage in the waterways?

 

This will totally make me feel better about not subjecting my surviving players to the conditions.

Trey isn't a Vigo, he married one, but I'm pretty sure they disowned him pretty quick...you'll see.

 

Marrying in counts if you're a Trieste, so I assumed the Vigos were as inclusive. I guess on Ralltiir blood is thicker than marriage licenses.
