Spring, MO Ozark Relay for Life 6/13/8

We have been invited to participate in this event with the 501st.

Way the event is connected to Star Wars: Making kids and adults smile around this galaxy at a good cause... and honoring TK4357. Supporting community events supports the mission and image of the 501st Legion and 70th Explorers Garrison.

Will there be a place for troopers to change? Yes. We will meet up with coordinator at 5pm.

Will there be a secure place for troopers to store their storage tubs while trooping the event? Yes

Will family/friends be allowed to attend the event? Yes

Are cameras allowed and can we take pictures at the event? Yes

Are weapons allowed on the costumes? Yes

Is there a special place to park at the event? Does parking cost? At the Jr. High

If appropriate, can we have a table with flyers and information about the 501st/70th Explorers? No

Are Rebel Legion/Jedi Assembly/FanForce costumed members requested too? Yes

How many costumed members are requested? the more the merrier!

Will lodging be provided by the local troopers for garrison members travelling a great distance? Just ask!

Additional information or comments: NBC KY3 television will be there with live reports and follow-up stories. We will get exposure... Live TV at 5pm and 6pm.
