Lutefisk can, at least when you use cod, assuming one can stand the smell of the stuff.

I've never had lutefisk. Is it good?

 

That sort of depends upon the individual. I've heard of it being served up to throngs of people who love it and I have also heard of it being used to keep pests and vermin away from homes.
