Pacific Pacific region C-3 Table volenteers needed!

We'll work up the schedule once we find out the con schedule, but as we have a table, we need to know who's up to working it!!!

I'll be at Celebration all 4 days. I would like to wait to get the schedule of the panels prior to choosing times to man the table as well.

I agree with MJF however, I would like to find out when the panels are before I really commit to working the table for a certain time period.

 

GentleBant--all four days. I really *would* like to see costuming stuff/handmaiden stuff, and the opening ceremonies if at all possible. :~)

I'm willing to either pull a couple of two hour shifts OR do short shifts each day.....just let me know!

I know I'm the Pacific Region RSA, and I should be setting a good example, but judging from my experience at Celebration II, I may not have enough time to even see all the things I want to see at Celebration III. But I will be there all 4 days. I'll be arriving a day earlier and leaving the day after. I can't commit to helping out at the booth until I see the entire programming schedule..plus my wife will be with me.. we'll just have to see.

I'm there all 4 days, but I've never been to one before and want to see as much as possible. I'd like to see a schedule too before I pick a time.

 

I will be there all four days, but as with everyone else I want to see whats happening first.

 

All of us at SFFF will be there all four days. Hopefully the more people, the shorter each shift. With all the activities just so far, who knows how people can attend most things AND man the table.

 

I would like to go ahead and put myself down for 1:00 pm till 2:00 pm for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And on the first day of the con (Thursday), I know I won?t be getting in the doors until after 1pm due to having to wait in line, so put me down for 3pm till 4pm and I will cross my fingers that I can make it inside by then.
Since I have a youngling with me, any thing over an hour at a time won?t work for us since she will become restless, whiney and troublesome if forced to sit in one place for so long.

 

I'll go ahead and take opening spots for an hour on Friday, Sat. & Sun.

 

I'll be working opening spots and closing spots every day, and stop by the table as much as I can during the day to give breaks to people etc.

note to all clubs: Thursday morning - get your flyers to me before opening (call me on my cell and i can pick them up from you outside!)
Sunday (don't forget to take your excess flyers home, or else they will go into the recycling bin!)

 

since I already posted which slots I was going to volunteer for, shouldn't that schedule be filled in with my name for those time slots?
(friday, sat sun 1 to 2pm and on thursday I think I put 3 to 4pm)

Eledaia, Oo_la_la and I will be there all four days representing The Spokantina, I'll have to find out what times Eledaia is working the Autograph area before I can post times for us, but we're all pretty flexible.

 

I can do an hour on Thursday, either 6-7, or 7-8 pm.

 

I'm there all four days but I need all of Thursday to work the GenCon Volunteer HQ. I suspect it will take at least a day to arrange stuff.

Put me down for Fri/Sat 11am-1pm.
