ok folks, i'm going to give Rachel a hand getting all the info together for the Pacific Region Fan Force Table.
I need you to e-mail me copies of anything you wish to display on the table by no later than Friday 4th May. No submissions = No display on the table.
We have to get everything approved by LFL for the table.

So Yvette and I goofed. We both signed up to go to the Rebel Legion mixer on Sunday night, so we're going to have to come up with something else as a prize instead of taking someone out to dinner.
Miana and I agreed that the winner gets a gift card to a restaurant in the area.
We hope that is satisfactory.
Sunday, May 27 and Monday, May 28 10am to noon.
I Would love to volunteer. Not sure what the schedule looks like with Road Squadron, but would love to help. Let me know if you still need me. I am with the IEFF. Sandy Deacon. I like meeting new people.

I'll take Friday, 6-7 PM. I'll have to race over to catch the Opening Ceremonies (I plan on helping stand in line that afternoon, anyway), but it looks like that's a doable time for me, and no one's signed up yet!
Okay, I'm signed up for Saturday, 6-7 pm. I'll do my best to get there on time. However, there's a Dark Horse Comics panel that I'm planning on attending that's from 5-6, so I might be a smidgen late. Like I said, I'll do my best to get there on time.
Hey guys, I've got some exciting news.
I got contacted by Cris Macht, writer/producer/director of [link=http://www.theforceamongus.com]The Force Among Us[/link] asking if it would be possible for us to work together at C IV. So in return for a LOT of promition and drawing attention to us, Cris and former Star Wars Fan Club president Dan Madsen will be at the table a few times signing after their panels.
They will be at the table on:
Sunday: 9:30am - 10:30 am
Monday: Noon - 1:00 pm
People working those times; don't worry, you don't have to do anything special. Cris is going to try and arrange for extra chairs at the table, so they shouldn't have to push you out for anything. I will also try to be there to make sure everything's going okay.
I'll volunteer for these shifts (Sun 10-12 & Mon 12-2 and/or Sun 4-6, if this does not cut into the RL Endor Trooper pix)
Lloyd can I put you on the Sunday 4-6 instead of the 10-12?
Sure, that's cool. Whatever works, I just want to do my part. (I just hope I don't miss the Endor troop shot) Go ahead and give me a call if you need other slots filled during C4.
Looks like the best available time for me is Friday 6-7pm. I also might be able to do Thursday 6-8pm, but no promises on that. If I can, I'll definitely be sure to let you know.
