Here's a partial picture of the veil on this dress from the visual dictionary. Unfortunately, this is the best I can do.

Maybe it's the way the light catches it in the outdoor pic that makes me think it's a different color. ?

This is definitely in my must sew list for the future-but being a perfectionist, there is no way I will attempt it until after the movie is out on video or dvd, and there are zillions of close up pictures...this is why I am working on an Episode I Amidala gown now...I would love to wear this maybe to CIII or another large convention...and if I do decide to make it...I will definitely post how I did so...I assume Nostradamus will probably want to make this one for Quincy as well...

after a whole year of wedding planning last year, I think I'm gonna hold off on this one. LOL - It's beautiful, but if I see another wedding dress in person any time in the near future, I am going to go insane!

 

ACK!! I LOOKED!! I'M SPOILED!! MY OWN FAULT!!! Ah well... I must now completely resist the humongous urge to look through that very intriguing list of Visual Dictionary Pictures. I PROMISED MYSELF!!!!

Don't give in Kreleia, only one more month to go! I took a glimpse at the visual dictionary pics from Jedi_Samantha's page, where you can nicely get a decent look at the pics without being able to read the text that goes with it.

And I think I'm glad that spoiler pic disappeared .. I dunno how long I could have gone without looking.

When did the visual dictonairy come out? Where can I buy it?

 

Princess...it didnt come out yet it comes out in 2 weeks. But pictures are all over the internet. (Like on my website)

If that isnt the strangest veil ive ever seen.....i dont know what is....

Still no more wedding pics.. i guess they are keeping that kinda tight...

 

I'm thinking that it will be a brief scene, so maybe there won't even be that many shots available. I mean it isn't like George to go all out on a mushy wedding scene. There is already a lot of mush in the movie (I'm not complaining! I'm a total sap!) and in order to limit to as little mush as possible, he would make the wedding scene short. The most important part of the love story is going to be how they get together, not the wedding. You know what I mean?

So, to sum it all up, I don't think we'll get too many pics of it. (

 

There is a great pic of the veil in the visual dictionary, but it's rather small. I hardly noticed it the first time I flipped through.
