The evil head honcho emp/palp/sid is the biggest manipulator in th whole galaxy!!!

The one thing that has left me curious is how did he get to be the way he is?! all that I know of is he was a naboo senator, who become supreme chancellor but behind that he was trianed by a powerful sith lord and then he kills his master

Try reading some of the EU. Read: Darth Maul- Shadow Hunter. It gives little but some detail on Palps.

We really don't know much at all.

He hints that he was Plaguis' apprentice but that could be all bull. indeed he says he learned everything from his master but he doesn't know how to save padme -- ?

Was he the end of a long line of siths going back to Bane 1000 years ago? or did he just resurrect the Sith order ?
we don't really know.

Was he a sith from an early age or from when he was older?

Is he unnaturally old as his face might suggest? or was that merely an effect of the darkside? Is the deformed face his real one or is it just a product of his battle with Mace ?

The OS databank is probably the best place to look. In the ROTS visual dictionary ust mentions that all of Palps records[birth, family] on Naboo have mysteriously vanished.
