Remember in ROTJ, Darth Vader says Luke will come to him, and then Palpatine says something like "I have forseen it, he will come to you and you will bring him before me". What kind of forseeing is that? He just practically repeated what Vader just said?

No, Palpatine tells Vader Luke will come to him. Vader repeats it questioningly, and Palpatine reassures him by telling him he's foreseen it.

    Episode VI Transcript:

    VADER

A small Rebel force has penetrated the shield and landed on Endor.

    EMPEROR

    Yes, I know.

    VADER

    My son is with them.

    EMPEROR

    Are you sure?

    VADER

I have felt him, my Master.

    EMPEROR

Strange, that I have not. I wonder if your feelings on this matter are clear, Lord Vader.

    VADER

    They are clear, my Master.

    EMPEROR

Then you must go to the Sanctuary Moon and wait for them.

    VADER

    He will come to me

    EMPEROR

I have foreseen it. His compassion for you will be his undoing. He will come to you and then you will bring him before me.

Yep, pretty much what I said.

He tells Vader to wait for Luke, knowing Luke would come to him. Vader repeats it as if it's absurd, and Palpatine tells him he has foreseen it.

Actually, he says wait for "them". Them meaning the Rebels. Palpatine wanted Vader to go to the moon and await the Rebels. The Emperor didn't even know that Luke was with them until Vader said so, and even then he questioned him.

Then why did Vader question him? Your transcript is not complete, there should be a question mark after Vader's "He will come to me".

This tells me Palpatine was implying this all along.

We must also remember that Palpatine failed to sense Luke's presense whatsoever, and that Vader did.

    yes palpitene foresees it.

more importanty vader senses luke but palps does not.

    "he will come to me?"

what palpatine has seen is at some time not necessarly that exact day at endor but at some time in the near future luke will come to vader and vader will bring luke to palp.

in ESB it is even stated that palp knows luke and vader will kill him. vader says it after cutting lukes hand off.

what palps has not seen is how it plays out. he can only see that it will happen. he misreads his visions. he underestamates the power of the good side.
