Palpatine the Untouchable.

Why does`int Palps never let anyone touch him? I read in a book that Palps never lets anyone shake his hand etc.

 

Maybe he's just not a touchy-feelly kind of guy, OK?

And would you want to touch him? Look at him. One touch and I bet he turns into dust.

 

Ok. In a book i read, an Admiral touched Palps` back and then Palps just fried him.

 

What was the name of this book?

 

When you see his skin in the movie is all rinky and junk prolly if u touch it, it falls off
