Park Meet 2007

My arm is aching like hell this morning after all the bowling and frisbee throwing, which I guess I'm not used to. It was certainly a memorable day out. Thanks to everyone. And nice to see some new faces (for me at least). A shame that some of you needed to leave early and miss out on the evening drinks, but hopefully I'll see you all again fairly soon.

Shaftesbury Avenue, almost opposite the Odeon (ex-ABC) cinema, also not far from Frobidden Planet.
Better hurry while you can though, the landlord told me the place was closing within a week or so!

 

judging by the state the toilets were in when i left them,the place ought to be condemned... i knew i shouldn't have had that mutton vindaloo.

Just a quick note to say thanks for coming along on the 4th. It was certainly the biggest one of the six (29 people!) and the weather was great.

I hope that everyone got home okay and I look forward to holding it again next year.....like I have any choice! (No...I do not have a date yet!)
