TOR PAX East: Bioware and TOR will be there!

    I will be in Boston for the event to see TOR, hopefully play it multiple times. Hopefully I will be helping a rather popular fan site that I work for cover it as well.

    Is anyone else planning on going? If you are shoot me a PM and perhaps we can meet up at the show!

    There is a rumbling from some fans that this might be where they announce the release date.

    I've never been to any Con before, so it will be a new experience for me.

    I'll most likely be working the entire time while I'm at PAX, as it turns out. 8-}

    The game will be playable for those in attendance though. Stephen Reid the community manager announced that in the Dev Tracker on the 22nd of January.

    Just read that flashpoint Taral V will be playable at PAX East along with a playable version of the planet Tython.

    All classes starter planets will be playable for up to 45 minutes and the instance sessions for 45 minutes.. can't wait!

    6 hours if you didn't get there early. Even being almost to the front of the line before the show I opened it was around a 2-3 hour wait, but the time spent on Taral V was pretty cool and at least they let my wife watch and then we were able to cross over and I got to watch her play the orgin world so at least they were accomodating somewhat. Either way it was enough for me to wish this game would just come out. I saw things that weren't 100% polished, but from what I did play I would be fine with the current state if the other parts of the game are in the same spot as what was in our demo.
