    It's just a real nice safe area, and you get so much house for your money. Just got tired of a little apt. in the NorthEast. It is a tiny little town - gonna be the complete opposite of Frankford and Cottman, but it is not like it's the end of the world. I can still get back into Center City (where I work) in 45 minutes. And it looks like a great place to raise kids, so my wife is super happy.
