If your born on February 29th does that mean you only age once every four years?

So if I'd been born on February 29th 1977 I'd only be 8.

My great-grandfather was born on February 29th 1904. He didn't quite make it to his 25th birthday.

98 1/2 years on earth isn't so bad, and he was diabetic, so it's not like he could have had the cake.

 

My uncle was born today, celebrated his "sweet sixteen" a leap-year or two ago.

I feel bad for people born on Feb 29 because they have to put up with dumb leap year jokes all the time. As a twelve year old, I imagine being told you are only 3 would be quite annoying.
