Personal Soundtrack for Revenge of the Sith

I have always associated certain songs/music with specific moments in my life.

I want to create a soundtrack that reflects the feelings and mood of Revenge of the Sith (dark and sad).

Here's what I have so far:

Getting Away with Murder - Papa Roach
Boulevard Of Broken Dreams - Green Day
Nothing to Lose - Billy Talent
My Happy Ending - Avril Lavigne
We're All to Blame - Sum 41
When I'm Gone - 3 Doors Down
Numb - Linkin Park
Meant To Live - Switchfoot

Plus I would add some audio quotes from the movies as segues (Yoda, Mace, Emperor and Darth Vader).

If anyone has any other song suggestions I would love to hear them!

If you want actual good music that expresses sentiments similar to those of some of the songs you listed, may I suggest "Indifference" by Pearl Jam? Also, on a semi-related note, I've thought for a while that some of the lyrics from their song "Do the Evolution," could be used as a theme for Jango Fett: "Admire me/admire my home/admire my son/he's my clone" and "Admire me/admire my home/admire my son/admire my clones." (Hi, strilo. )

Since the only way to score a SW movie is with classical music and it is very thematic, I will use existing tracks.

1. STAR WARS Main Title and the Ambush on Coruscant
(I know it will open with a battle, but as a placeholder for a subtheme to be used as previous soundtracks have done I will use this one for its moody theme).

2. Zam the Assasin and the Chase Through Coruscant
(it is again what I expect in terms of tone and length, maybe not exactly style for the big opening battle)

3. Return to Tatooine

4. Bounty Hunter's Pursuit

5. The Tusken Camp and the Homestead

6. Anakin and Padme

7. The Trip to the Naboo Temple and the Audience with Boss Nass

8. Departing Coruscant

9. Passage Throught the Planet Core

10. Jango's Escape

11. Duel of the Fates

12. Qui-Gon's Noble End

13. Love PLedge and the Arena

14. The Sith Spacecraft and The Droid Battle

15. Confrontation with Count Dooku and Finale

These tracks represent the thematic progression I feel the movie will musically flow from.

 

Someone just suggested over in 3SA that Carrie Fisher's song from "Star Wars: The Holiday Special" be used during the duel. I wholeheartedly agree. I really think it could rival "The Dark Side Beckons" as the emotional highpoint of the saga. We should start a petition.

Well, if it's leaning towards rock then i think that definitely the song "Poison" should be added.

eg Palps is poison running through Anakin's veins. The darkside is poison running through the Sith's veins, ect, ect,
