I , too, am alarmed that this is not an anonymous poll. I thought this board was family-friendly. But since I must choose, I choose to say that pesto is good, but not really the bees' knees.
sometimes at work i make a pesto based pizza and top it with feta and onions and tomato and chicken and it is delicious, especially as a thin crust other times i will baste a crust with pesto so that it cooks into it and gives it this hella awesome look, although it doesn't really change the flavor of the crust that much. i think the aesthetic value is worth that trade off though
maybe you can numb the pain if you curl up on the couch with a big bowl of pesto and a nice matthey mcconaughey film in the dvd player
I'm sure it's been an ingredient in something I've ate over the years, but I've never specifically added Pesto to something, and have no idea how it tastes.
Pasta and Pesto is like the easiest, laziest meal of all time. Hence I have it quite often. Cheese on top if I'm feeling a little frisky.
