Kidnapping of Wendy
Our own resident Wendy, MJ Keehan Sundve, is due to be kidnapped after the meeting at about 8:00PM by the Fan Force. She will be at her Wendy?s location at Greenfield and Main. Wear Star Wars costumes if you have them.

Monthly Battletech party
Battletech is a scale-miniature game of mechanized combat. Anyone interested in learning or experienced players should come. Games will be held monthly at rotating locations. The next is at Imperial Outpost in Phoenix at noon on Sunday, March 9th. The store address is 4920 W. Thunderbird Rd.

Pillow fight party and Renaissance Festival trip
Jedi Wench will be in town on Saturday, March 22nd. We are planning to go to the Renaissance Festival during the day, and we will have a pajama party and pillow fight that evening. We will meet at Void?s house at 9:00am, and leave no later than 9:15am.

Ptrsons Zoo?s Phoenix trip
sideshow will be picking her up from the airport at 4:05 PM on March 27th. She will be staying at Void?s. Her plans include:
Thursday - Arrival @ 4:05PM and nothing else yet
Friday - Spaghetti and Atari @ Void's
Saturday - Grand Canyon (overnight)
Sunday - Meet up w/ Jedi Wench and Meteor Crater
Monday - Departure at 7:25PM

Trip to SD to see Cowboy Bebop: The Movie
We are planning a trip to San Diego to see the new CB movie! as of now, we plan to go either Saturday, April 5th, or late friday the 4th.

Idiot?s Array?s birthday bash
Things are still very tentative at this point, but we are planning a camping/paintball trip for Idiot?s Array?s birthday the weekend of April 25th in the Flagstaff area. More to come on this later.

X-Men 2
The movie is to be released May 2nd. We are tentatively planning to see it as a group. Start working on X-men costumes now!

Two quick things:

1. Sideshow, you mentioned seeing "Tears of the Sun" when it comes out next weekend, do you want to bring that up at the meeting?

2. While she's not technically PFF, my girlfriend MJEH is having a birthday on March 7th, right after her evil twin, our Queen.

 

IA, That's cool. I'll very likely be picking up my girlfriend too and bringing her to kidnap Jedi Wendy so we can hang out right after...

and about 'tears of the sun', i will probably see it either friday night or saturday after the meeting. if you or anyone else wants to go, feel free to join me! not sure how many people are going to be available after the meeting, so maybe friday? lemme know which is good for you...

 

oh, BTW, to all councilmembers:

we NEED to have a meeting at 2:00pm before the meeting. there is some important stuff to go over!

also, next month is council elections, so start thinking about whether or not you plan to remain in your current posts!

So will we be taking orders for regular fan force shirts? Or just the broad squad shirts? Frankly I don't think I'ld fill out one of them JBS shirts, if ya' know what I mean.

Anyway, I would still like to get one....of the regular shirts that is.

We are still planning on IA's birthday bash, and Christian and I will be planning in the next couple of weeks so that by next meeting we can have solid plans for people.

I'm gonna do my best to be at April's meeting to announce the plans to everyone in person.

As for the shirts, I dunno. We'll discuss it at the meeting and see if there's enough interest. I'll also post another thread about it.

Great. Is this meeting starting for normal peeps at 3 PM? I just want to know. And also, I invited a new member, he's my aide at school, and he loves Star Wars probably more than me. I'm also bringing my unfinished lightsaber (along with parts if I can).
