Phx PFF Paintball Trip

I would like to organize a PFF paintball trip to The Command Post on Saturday, January 18th, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Costs involved:

-Price to play is $20.
-Equipment rental is an extra $5.
-A $5 discount can be had if you sign up at one of their 3 retail locations before game day.
-Rentals include mask/tank/hopper/semi-auto gun and coveralls. Paint is not included in this price. I suggest 4 people splitting up a 2000 round case for about $60. That gives each player 500 rounds for around $15.


Location:

Command Post is located a ways off of the Queen Creek road exit on I-10, so I was thinking we could plan to meet at the Denney's accross from AZ Mills mall at about 7:30 for breakfast, and head out from there.

I'd love to play paintball. Of course I'm sure the more experienced in the group will kick my butt, but oh well.

 

I went for prom, and I felt it was a waste of money. I got to fire like 6 shots before I was hit three times.

 

Hmm, was that the only game you played? We will be playing many games all day long, so if you get shot, you're only out for the next 5-10 minutes, then you're back in as soon as the next game starts.

I always have a blast when I play.

 

Darth Moridin you and I have had a few discussions about paintball...I AM SO THERE!!!! This sounds like a TON of fun! I love paintball and wouldn't miss this for anything!

you are so lucky to be able to play in january. i have to wait until april or may before i can break out my good ol' tippman 98. cold winter climates are worthelss.

 

If you don't mind playing in the snow, you can play in the winter. Just buy a compressed air tank, instead of CO2, to prevent the liquid CO2 from entering the gun due to temperature probs.

'course I don't have an option when it comes to air vs. CO2, My modified Minimag doesn't like CO2.

 

I've seen paintball groups up here in Flag that have gear and guns just for the snow. Total WHITEOUT: white clothes, white gloves, white masks, white guns...and I hear it's a blast!

 

I am definately intrigued. NOthing on my calender so it is a good possibility that I will go and get shot numerous times for your amusement.

 

My only problem that I ran into is the eye protection fogging up constantly, this place got something to combat that ?

 

hmmmm... I might have to give this a try.

 

As if we'd let you get away without coming! I mean really we do need a target...er...I mean we NEED the Queen there! Yeah, that's it!
