I finally finished it! Here are just 3 pics of my son taken early this morning before work.
(He already put the cape in his car)
We made the complete costume even the mask. We actually have 3 masks -one using plaster wraps. This one is made out of femo clay. The clay ones seem delicate. We used Res-Q tape to hold it on.
I used bits and pieces of different patterns - re-cut the front jacket, lapels and collars.
He is placing real red roses with the black ribbons in different offices at work and also is handing out "the notes" with the same wording, stating that they should vote for him when they have the contest later.

We both love the POTO! Especially the music.

Nice work! Although I'm still more of a fan of the Lon Chaney version. It was closer to the book and did'n't have the aggravating 80's synth pop. I had really hoped that the film version would have a full orchestral score.

    Wow...absolutely gorgeous job, MomMaster!

Can't say I'm the biggest fan of the movie (I liked the stage show a lot more), but I do love the costumes. :)

That's so amazing!! I just saw the movie for the first time last night, and I've been really inspired to make a costume. Your costume is inspiring me even more. It's fantastic!
