Phillies what.

I know most people love to hate on the Phillies, but with the way they've been playing lately, I think you Philly people can take your minds off the Eagles for once. They have a great line-up, this Hamels kid is the real thing and Aaron Rowand is so insane for his catch last night. I seriously think they can pull past the Mets within a few weeks, they'll fall down eventually. So all I'm gonna say is....LET'S GO PHILLIES!


And yes there is an old thread on the Phillies, but I don't care, we need something new.

I used to be a Yankee fan, because, ya know I'm orignally a newyorker, but since I have been living in Philly for quite some time, I have to at least like one of their teams because I will always be a loyal JETS fan, so this year I have become a Philles fan!

I'm going to the Phillies-Red Sox game next Sunday, super pumped for that. Looking forward to seeing my boy Utley hit another two HR. Considering I went on the 5th and he did so, he can do it again.

 

Woo-hoo! The Phillies beat the Yankees and I got to see the gem that Brett Myers put up in person. What a great game. Come on guys, don't let me down.

 

God they suck ass anymore. Trade Burrell, Bell, Lieber, Lieberthal and all of the old players, rebuild for the future.

Apparently there's a huge trade between the Phillies and the Mets where Abreu would go to the Mets for Lastings Milledge, the top prospect in the Mets system. If they did that, I would pee myself.
