    Hello everyone,

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I have posted a number of pics in the Daytona forum in the South reigon forums. You can view them under Port Orange Six Weekend Photos I believe. Its only about 15 photos of what we did, but I'm pretty proud of what me girlfriend and I accomplished in less than 2 weeks. She made 11 jedi outfits all with outer tunic, obi, and tabbards. 8 males, 1 Anakin, 1 Mace, 1 Obi-Wan, and a Barriss Offee, and 2 female jedi's modeled after Bultar Swan. And I can't forget the Young Aunt Beru Whitesun costume. I had a friend of my mothers make two Jedi robes from brown flannel. She pumped them out in less than 22 hours! I also had a friend do one employee as Darth Maul. I had such a blast doing this, I think It going to turn me into a costumer for life. Can't wait to sport all my duds for Ep.3.

    Also, I want to thank anyone who help give me advice on this board. You people are some of the nicest folks this side of Mos Espa.

    I'll try to post some in here, but again give it a shot check'em out under the South-Daytona forum.

    May The Force Be With You!

    Hey Guys, this is a picture from the NY premiere. Almost all the people in the pic camped out for weeks outside the theater. I am dressed as Darth Moe :) in the middle. I designed the costume and my mom made it.

    Diva_Shaliqua, I must say that I love the Barriss costume! I'm still waiting for someone to dress up as Luminara and Shaak Ti!I did not dress up for the premiere, but I did wear a Star Wars t-shirt. I DID dress up for Magic of the Myth, along with some friends. I went as Darth Maul, although I never got a proper cloak, so I stole the one I used from another costume =)! I got LOTS of attention, however. Strangers had their kids take pictures with me, it was great. Appeared on the news with my friends, and the paper took pix of us also. We had a huge costume contest here, and although I didn't make it to the finals, I still was present (and costumed) to the other rounds. Also met Doug Chiang and Ian McCaig!! (I'll post these as well) I'll post pictures as soon as i can scan them, although i'm sure it will take a while. Love seeing all of the pictures, keep posting!

    May the Force be with you

    Hey StarBlazer? How'd you make your Padme AOTC white battle suit? I'm interested in making the costume, or buying it, if that's possible

    You're welcome. And what a learning experience it was! :D (but a *good* learning experience) My thanks goes to Nos for being a god-send when it came to me picking her brain about EVERYTHING for this costume.

    A shot of two Padmés in white battlesuit at the Charity Premiere on 11th May. Darth_Eagle is the Padmé on the left, with the blaster.

    [image=http://tedkwan.tripod.com/todaygroup.JPG]

    Part of the Singapore FF at a May 13th screening. I'm the one in Jedi costume, DE is the Imperial Royal Guard. Since the tickets to this screening could only be gotten through a newspaper contest (or in my case, through a fellow FF member) that was open to the public, which wasn't made up of all Star Wars fans :p and also because it was on a weeknight, DE and I ended up being the only ones in costume in the entire theatre, and our little group was the only one who brought in lightsabres.

    Basically, we got a lot of stares. And my photo appeared in the newspaper which sponsored this screening :D

    [image=http://tedkwan.tripod.com/aotcparade3.JPG]

    Many of us from the Singapore FF are in this photo. I'm wearing my Jedi outfit, with a blue-bladed sabre, DE is the Padmé in the white battlesuit with the blaster. We were parading down the major shopping district, Orchard Road, attracting a lot of funny looks :D

    Imperial Royal Guard, Darth Vader, and Boba Fett

    Another group shot, a few minutes before the show started.

    There're lots more photos, but since I don't have a scanner, they'll just have to wait till DE solves her website-account-size problem. :p These photos are from one of the Singapore FF member's website, under 'Events'. :)
